Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and personalised. Rebecca draws on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), schema therapy, trauma therapy, trauma-informed care, and The Gottman Method for couples.
She also provides neurodiversity-affirming therapy that values different ways of thinking, processing, and engaging with the world.

Clinical Supervision
Rebecca is an approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia, offering clinical supervision for:
Provisional psychologists completing placements
Early-career clinicians seeking professional growth
Experienced mental health professionals wanting a reflective and supportive space
Supervision is available in person or online, and focuses on ethical practice, case formulation, self-reflection, and working effectively with clinical presentations.
