Telehealth Services Available Australia-Wide

Inspired Change Psychology offers secure online psychology consults to clients across Australia.

We are a registered Medicare provider, delivering services under the Better Access Initiative.

Session fees for a 50 minute consult:

• Standard: $230.00

• Concession: $200.00

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may receive a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session.

To access rebates, visit your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan before your first session. You may be eligible for up to 10 sessions per year.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

We currently support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only.

Our services are available through:

• Individual telehealth sessions

• Mobile visits to your home or community location

The current fee for a 1-hour consultation with a psychologist is $232.99, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits commencing 1 July 2025.

Mobile home or community visits may incur additional travel costs, which are charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

Clinical Supervision

Rebecca is an AHPRA approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and offers clinical supervision to provisional psychologists completing the 4+2 or 5+1 pathways, as well as registered psychologists seeking peer consultation.

With a warm, reflective, and collaborative style, Rebecca provides a supportive space for growth, skill development, and professional insight. Her supervision approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to individual learning needs, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, self-awareness, and sustainable career development.

Supervision is available both in person (based in Mornington) and online.

Supervision fees for a 1 hour consultation: $200.00
