  • We provide psychological support for adolescents and adults, offering tailored care to a range of needs, including:

    • Anxiety, depression, and trauma support

    • ADHD and Autism assessments

    • Relationship and couples therapy

    • Daily living skills and emotional regulation support

    Sessions are available in-person at our Frankston practice or via secure telehealth Australia-wide.

    • Individual therapy session (50 minutes): Full fee $230 & concession $200

    • NDIS: Follows NDIS price guidelines

    • Approved EAP, TAC and WorkSafe appointments are billed directly to your employer or insurer

    • ADHD or Autism assessment: $600–$2,000 (depending on tools used)

  • No, a referral isn’t required to see a psychologist.

    However, a GP Mental Health Care Plan and referral is needed if you want to claim a Medicare rebate.

  • Yes. Medicare rebates are available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan and referral.

    Some private health insurers may also offer rebates; please check with your provider.

    • Psychologist: Provides therapy and assessments. Cannot prescribe medication.

    • Psychiatrist: Medical doctor who can diagnose and prescribe medication.

  • Inspired Change Psychology provides psychological assessments and therapy to assist in managing symptoms but does not prescribe medication.

    For medication management, please consult a psychiatrist or medical doctor.

  • Most sessions are 50 minutes, with initial assessments sometimes taking longer.

    We will work with you to find a time that suits your schedule.

  • Yes. All sessions are confidential, and we follow strict privacy guidelines. Information may only be shared with your consent, or as required by law.
